Best mixing glass
For any home or bar, good mixed glass is essential.
The good stirring glass generally has a wide base and is relatively stable. It does not sway when stirring. It is made of soda-lime glass and does not easily break. It is enough to hold drinks and a lot of ice cubes. With a nozzle, it can be poured accurately. Straight wall, use a large spoon to stir smoothly and quickly.
The more common is diamond-cut hybrid glass with a classic diamond-cut shadow line pattern, which is very popular with professional and home bartenders. It has a wide mouth and a solid base, and straight walls and beaker nozzles make a perfect all-round stirring glass. And, those deep-cut diamonds are easier to grip with mixed glass.
